Spillane Beauty Supply is a great historic beauty supply store in the Norristown area that’s been around since forever with a really good selection of hair, wigs, beauty products, and everyday essentials at reasonable prices. I especially appreciate the effort the new owners have been putting into improving the overall shopping experience and becoming more involved in the community. They’ve been making positive changes, listening to their customers, and finding new ways to give back to the people who support them daily. It’s nice to see a local business that is willing to grow and invest back into its community. Definitely worth stopping in and checking them out! Plus you can usually find what you need and catch some really good deals along the way! ⭐️

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I didn’t want my review to be deleted , but I strongly recommend avoiding this place. My experience was extremely disappointing. As a person of color, I was followed up and down the store by a man as though I was a thief, which made me feel singled out and unwelcome. The cashier (woman) was also very rude, and Racist and the overall treatment I received felt discriminatory. No customer should have to feel that way while simply shopping. And PS they did the same thing to my cousin also

My name is Isa and I use to regularly shop here. This store has become very unwelcoming. The lady who works there is often rude and tends to watch customers closely, which can make people feel uncomfortable. It used to be a nice, welcoming place, but now it feels like you can’t even take a few steps in the store without being watched. What makes it more disappointing is that many of the people being treated this way are regular customers (so my friends tell me). I used to enjoy shopping here because it was local and convenient, but the way some customers are treated compared to others is hard to ignore. Because of that, I can’t really recommend this store anymore.

Had a hair emergency and it says they are open at 7am. Drove over a little after 8a just to find it is closed and does not open until 9am. Waste of time and gas. Not happy at all.

The store is huge! the remodel gave them so much more space. The selection of products they have is massive.. a little bit more expensive than they were before but still a good place. They have more than hair products, household supplies hardware needs jewelry many many choices of accessories. BUT!!!!!!!!! THE STAFF IS RUDE
